About Submitting a Voucher

If you are planning on submitting a voucher through Vision's in Education for a course, you will first need to ensure that the store reserves a space for the student before submitting the voucher to Vision's. Visit either our Group Swim School Page, or Private Swim School Page to find the course you're interested in. Please contact us by email to reserve this space PRIOR to submitting a voucher. In your email request please provide the specific swim session you're interested in. If a voucher is submitted prior to reserving a space on the swim schedule, the voucher will be canceled. 

Once the space is reserved, you'll need to submit a request for a voucher with Visions. You can find the information needed for the voucher by visiting the Group Swim School page or by contacting a staff member. For the start and end date of the voucher, use the start and end date listed on the courses page, if these dates are listed incorrectly, the voucher will be canceled. The amount should be $96 for a total number of 6 sessions or $80 for a session that lands on a holiday in which we are closed. For additional swim sessions, you will need to submit a request to Visions for additional vouchers and reserve an additional space with a staff member. If Justin's Scuba Time does not receive confirmation that the voucher has been processed, students will be removed from the Swim Schedule.
