Derek is one of our PADI IDC Staff Instructors, PADI Specialty Instructors, and EFR Instructor Trainers. He loves teaching new and experienced divers about the fun and exciting ways to spend time underwater. Whether in the pool or the open water, his students always have a fun, exciting, and safe time. His main goal is to be an in-house PADI Course Director for Scuba Time and hopes to travel worldwide to train others to be PADI Instructors. Derek also earned his Elite Instructor Status for the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 certification years.
